How to Starch Jeans Using Cornstarch?

1. Wash the jeans as usual then you can start starching jeans using cornstarch. 

2. One cup of water and two tablespoons of cornstarch should be combined in a bowl until the cornstarch is completely dissolved.

3. Using a funnel, put the starch mixture into a spray bottle. Remember to give the spray bottle a good shake before each use because the cornstarch has a tendency to sink to the bottom of the bottle.

4. On the clothesline, hang your pants to dry completely. Some people prefer to iron them right after spraying. This causes problems such as staining and iron scorching.  

4. Align the middle seams of the jeans before folding them. On an ironing board, start ironing them flat. With a steam iron, higher heat settings are possible. It will enable you to achieve sharp creases and flawless perfection on the rest of the jeans.

How to Starch Jeans in the Washing Machine?

1. Set the cold or warm water cycle on the washing machine and add your jeans. 

2. Just like you would for a usual load, add laundry detergent. Instead of fabric softener, add liquid starch to the rinse cycle.

3. After the washing cycle is over, either dry your jeans in the dryer or on a clothesline.

4. The jeans ought to be starched and stiff. You can iron them if you want them to be more wrinkled.

How to Starch Jeans by Ironing?

1. Lay your jeans flat on an ironing board after washing and drying them as usual.

2. Before spraying, shake the liquid starch bottle. Spray the jeans with starch spray until they are somewhat damp, starting with small areas like the waistband and the area around the zipper. Before ironing, allow it to sit for a few seconds.

3. Once the jeans are completely ironed, continue with the legs after ironing the body of the jeans.
